Reason for selecting Macsa laser coding systems:

Previous ink jet printers proving expensive to run with high consumable and servicing costs. Macsa laser marking equipment provided significantly lower operating costs with NO consumables.

Robert Bosch España, S.A. produces automotive and motorcycle horns for the major automotive brands, such as; Mercedes, BMW, Renault, Honda and Nissan; they required a laser coder to print onto plastic and metal surfaces of the horn.

Previously, Robert Bosch used ink jet printing systems; however, they were dissatisfied with the high consumable costs and dirty operation. In addition, when the ink jet mark was exposed to heat, humidity and water it was erased. Robert Bosch required a permanent mark; therefore, installed Macsa laser coding systems.
