The Macsa D-5000 scribing lasers are designed for marking metals and plastics in heavy duty, industrial applications. The D-5000 laser marking equipment is commonly used for direct part marking within the Automotive Sector.

Its compact design with adjustable marking head enables the D-5000 scribing lasers to be installed on the most complex production lines where space is at a premium; the small footprint of the D-5000 laser coder enables it to be installed in tight spaces where other laser marking systems just won’t fit.

With Macsa’s many years’ experience in laser marking, the Macsa YAG scribing lasers have the ability to print Dynamic “on the fly” messages, codes and logos. With an innovative diode pumped YAG laser tube, low cost operation is guaranteed due to very little maintenance requirement and no expensive consumables.

Compared with ink jet printing, Macsa YAG laser marking systems offer superior quality coding with sharper bar codes and more precise logos and technical drawings for product identification. Reliable and clean laser marking technology results in improved quality, less maintenance and less downtime.
